Land is a blank canvas to create your own dream. It could be anything! There are so many different pieces of land that are suited for different dreams. What does your land look like in its completion? Does it have a home? Does it have horses or livestock? Is it empty for recreational purposes? Is it an investment?

How big is it? How large does it need to be to fit all your needs and/or wants?

Where is it? What’s the landscape? What is the temperature? How does it differ in winter vs. summer? How far are you willing to travel? Is off grid living part of your dream?

How often do you want to be there? Is this a recreational visit? Or your new permanent residence?

What exactly will you do with your land? Play? Camp? Sleep? Storage?

What necessities do you need in addition to land to make it workable? Do you need power or water?
